I’ve been thinking about writing a music blog for a while; something that would allow me to talk about popular music, its history, traditions, its future, and tackle a few questions that have been bugging me for a long time. What it is that makes music good or bad? Does it have an objective quality? Is some music better than other music simply because it’s technically superior or are lyrics and/or content what’s most important?
